Amen Brother were not out yet, I am encouraged by the improvement
of parts of the Defense. But our secondary needs to step up another level. However a lot of teams in the League are dealing with banged up secondary's I think it's the nature of the beast. |

Breaux did not look healthy, thomas ran a slant and Breaux just jogged behind him.

Re: Disappointed, very
Who gets blamed for that though? Do we now start telling the centers to stand up to create contact among players trying to jump oversowe can get the call? Because the center was DEFINITELY touched

Re: Disappointed, very
We all need to take a deep breath, settle down and look at this loss rationally:
We lost to an AFC team; virtually no tie-breaking implications I don't think we play a team as good defensively, (possible exception is Cardinals) the rest of the season. We are one game out of 2nd place; after we sweep out the litter box Thursday night we will be back at .500 and in second place. I don't remember any additional injuries that look like they will be long term. Was this game winnable; absolutely, but aren't all of them? |

Re: Disappointed, very
The only games that I am even mildly concerned about are Rams & Arizona; I believe we run the table in the division, and I don't see Detroit beating us.

What do the Saints do well? Give away leads in the 4th quarter... |

EDIT: I am almost with you here. The losses to the Broncos and Raiders do have tie breaker implications. Win-loss % against common opponents is the 3rd tie breaker. |

Re: Disappointed, very
I don't think it's been mentioned but our special teams is very bad this year.
Circle back to Giants game (blocked fg), Oakland (missed fg for a win) & Denver (blocked PAT & subsequent score). Our kickoff return turn team looks clueless out there. Hightower and Cadet have no awareness on returns. McMahon should have been fired last year. |
