This year the defense is vastly improved with much of the better talent either on the IR or on the sidelines with injuries. With a healthy squad next season we should be challenging for the fist round bye. Yet you want to throw that out the window. You know that Payton isn't going anywhere because Benson is not an idiot. Accept that fact and move on.
