No offense Will but you sound like a Saints fan that became a fan in the last 10 years.
If you're going to knock him for his poor performances then you should give credit for his good ones too. Otherwise you just seem cynical and illogical. |

Stafford is not elite. You don't let a qb like him beat you. And you will see why when Rodgers goes into Detroit week 17 and wins. You don't keep losing to a bucs team we held to 16 points when the defense gives you every opportunity to put a drive together. If Brees is elite then Payton's the problem for saving his best years for years they can win everywhere and not just one side. That's not what winners do. The QB always comes first especially if we're gonna compare him to Brady. We've had something wrong on the offense each year. |

Re: Not a Single Saint Made the ProBowl
My mavericks have not been winning for years like they should but instead of quitting I just don't invest in them right now. But at least I can see they have a reason for losing. Players don't want to play for them even when they had the money to afford them. Look what Deandre Howard and Blake Griffin did to them in 2014? That's as cruel as it gets in a sport like that. I only followe NBA for DFS purposes. The saints are not the mavs.

Mavericks? Reason for losing? Blake Griffin in 2014?? What do they have to do with the Saints and the topic of the Pro Bowl? Will, you are all over the place. |

Re: Not a Single Saint Made the ProBowl
I am just saying that the mavs are in a no-win situation other than tanking for a high draft pick(but Dirk will take them to a 8 seed watch). Basically I meant DeAndre Jordan. He was about to sign with Dallas and then decided not to. Blake posted a twitter pic of a chair blocking a door which was directed at us.
The point I am making is the saints have taken the hard way out trying to get back to winning where compared to the mavs the saints actions frustrate me more. |

My point here is, that Brees is an elite QB. His numbers prove that. Yes he's had some bad games, but dude you can't say he's "not elite" because he had a few bad games. But your opinion is just that, yours. And I respect your right to have it, I just don't agree...At all. And I'm sure you don't agree with mine. You just seem to want to fire everyone. |

The Pro Bowl is a combination of voting for the flavor of the month combined with voting for contant favorites regardless of performance. Brees is neither. So what if he finishes with 5000 yards and 40+ TDs? To the fans he has the same flavor as old chewing gum. SFIAH |

Re: Not a Single Saint Made the ProBowl
I think its become more about WINNING. Your individual accomplishments get you a pay check but no pro bowl invites for you! You want people to care about you then the team has to win.
