The offense definitely had their ups and downs this year but lets look at the numbers...

Scored 20+ in 13 games. 8 teams (including the Giants and Texans who are in the playoffs) didn't average 20 ppg for the season.

Scored 30+ in 9 games.

29.3 ppg for the season, 2nd in the NFL

Meanwhile our defense was 31st in the NFL giving up 28.4 ppg.

By these numbers, the offense had plenty of weeks where they scored enough points. I don't get what your vendetta is with the offense. I disagree with the chiefs and broncos. We gave up 25 and 27 points. Bree's can't win the all. Th def nose should be able to win a game or two.

No we did not we gave up 20 and 23 and some of those 23 points came off Thomas's fumbles.

You can't be serious and blame the defense for those games. If you are, your f***ing pathetic as fan.

You can disagree, but the Chiefs game Drew threw an INT returned for a TD, so that makes it 20 points the defense gave up not 27. Ingram had two fumbles, and one of those was within the 20 yard line of the Chiefs.

The Broncos game was again the fault of the offense. Thomas had two costly fumbles and Drew threw an INT. PLus 2 of the points were on ST blocked Extra Point, so actually the d let up 23 that game. But besides that let's look at the Broncos starting field position. The interception let them start at our 39, and then fumbled let them start at our 27. Then we fumbled at our own 20.

I'd say 6 games were on the offense, Brees threw 3 interceptions vs the Lions when we still had a chance at the post season.

NY game - offense scored 13 points
Panthers game - 3 turnovers by the offense
Broncos game - 4 turnovers by the offense

The ST didn't help with blocked kicks, but the offense screwed the team over which led to the loss.

NY game-we make a field goal we win(we missed it). Panthers game-make the field goal before half time we win(it was blocked and lead to a panthers TD right before half) oh yea defense needed 1 3rd down stop to get the ball back with a chance to win...what do we do? give up the 3rd Kelvin Benjamin playing scared Zone D, Broncos game-even with those TO's manage to score, all we need is the extra point for the lead what happen...BLOCKED Extra point Offense didn't lose those games
