Good signing by the Bronco's. I wish we would have kept him.

Not always a big fan of the players on the Twittersphere, but real class shown by Cam Jordan here...

Glad he wants to be here; just hope we didn't outbid ourselves...

Now, can he remain focused and improve each season moving forward?

The Saints have an estimated $12 million in salary-cap space left (an unofficial number) after their flurry of moves over the past few days and a recent adjustment to their overall salary-cap space (down from $172.75 million to $168.9 million, according to ESPN Stats and Information, likely from past incentives paid out, etc.). They will gain about $7.2 million more in cap space after June 1 because of the way they designated Jairus Byrd's release. And here is New Orleans' full list of draft picks after the Brandin Cooks trade with New England: Round 1: Pick 11 Round 1: Pick 32 Round 2: Pick 42 Round 3: Pick 76 Round 3: Pick 103 Round 6: Pick 196 Round 7: Pick 229

So as of June first we have roughly 19 million. Draft picks with take 7-9 of that. 10 million left for fa's and Snead.

Here are my questions, thought line re: the Okafor signing

This is a solid signing of a quality rotational DE; now, are we done signing DEs?

He's coming off a major injury and will need to learn this scheme, didn't we do this last year with Kruger?

Why not also bring Kruger, who played well at the end of the season once healthy, familiar with defense?

It'll be interesting to see if they do and then to see if either of them makes it out of training camp. Hopefully neither of'em will get anything guaranteed.
