I'm astounded Payton thought having Gwacham, a project trying to bulk up and a guy that's been injured 3 out of 5 years playing football (Kikaha) as the only two players vying for a starting spot would work!

It's the 37 year old champ bailey project all over again.

Well, in Coach Payton's defense, I could see how they'd want to try Kikaha as a rush linebacker switching to the 4-3...

The FO should have had cap room to sign true 4-3 DE(s) opposite Cam in last year's FA when DE(s) were available...

ANd they shouldn't have traded two picks to move up for Vonn Bell, when they needed picks for their new DL & Byrd under contract...

Still huge question marks ... these guys must find a way to stay healthy.

As for Moore, I would re sign him. Solid back up boundary CB and #3.
