Right now everything rest on Anthony stepping up
Craig Robertson goes to his natural WLB postion.
Dannell Ellerbe goes to 3rd specialist to increase the chance he can play all 16 games

Concussions worries thin out this group quickly. to much talent in the draft not to add some talent here. We can get big faster and more athletic in a heart beat

With not addressing S in FA. S is creep up on the area of concern. I have 4 favs on my draft wish list. 3 are not so over hyped

I can see at least 3 pick for the secondary. i could live with as many as 5 picks in the secondary in this draft.

We've got some talent on this team...

I was on PFT and saw and article about Tim Hightower visiting the 49ers, which means he's probably moving on. I'm completely fine with that, but it mentioned how we brought back Cadet. Why? What do they see in Cadet? I'd take a Reggie Bush reunion over keeping Cadet any day of the week. Mickey Loomis. Sean Payton. If you're reading this it's too late.

You're definitely right that he can be a rush backer on 3rd downs, but defense will know what's coming if that's all he does...

Can see him rotating with Anthony, which will give him different looks to opposing offenses, thereby giving opponents pause as to what he'll do pre-snap...

Just don't believe he has the base, legs in a 4-3 to set the edge as a DE...

And honestly, I think he'll be limited this season coming back from his third knee operation...

I think Kikiha will play DE and DE only. He's an EDGE through and through. He wouldn't make a good LB. He's slow and he isn't good in coverage. When he was coming out of the draft all the analysts said he was most comfortable with his hand in the ground, though his best fit would be as a 3-4 EDGE. If he can't contribute as a DE on this roster then I think it's best we cut him now and find somebody who can.

You're dead on that he's a 3-4 OLB only. If we can get a fourth or fifth for him and ship him to Pittsburgh, Denver, or another 3-4 scheme team, we should...

I'd even consider making him a conditional trade where his trade value would be commensurate with his success with his new team...

But he should be moved, he can't play DE in our 4-3; he doesn't have the legs, knees to hold and set the edge...

You're probably right. At best he's probably a 3rd down specialist as a DE. DE is going to be so important for us in this draft. We should get tons of pressure up the middle though with Rankins and Fairley. I can't wait to see Rankins in his second year. One more piece and this line could wreak havoc. I love the Okafor signing though. If he's healthy, watch out.

I really wouldn't want a 2017 Reggie back
Plenty of talent at RB in this draft. I,hoping Cadet is purely an insurance policy
