Ask yourself what is the difference between pick #32 & pick #33

And I was pointing out the idiocy that someone claimed all we got was an early 2nd.

You might as well call it a early 2nd with benefits, one spot away from 2nd rd.

That's a stupid analogy. Not the stupidest thing I've read today, but it's up there.

I just hope that there is more to this than meets the eye. We got good value for our investment and hopefully a good return for the exchange. Now let's go get ourselves another young Speedster
I know that we may still make some kind of trade 4 Malcolm Butler. I guess we'll just wait and see how that works out.

Brandon Cooks
great work ethic
catches everything in sight
over the top speed
sometimes has hard time getting past the line pressure

we are getting rid of a proven top tier wide receiver just because he is going to have to be paid someday?

this is pathetic

Bill B once said when scrimmaging us in W. VA that Brandon Cooks is the one guy that he would hate to have to game plan for twice a year.

did I say Pathetic

Re: Brandin Cooks Officially Traded to Patriots

Cooks wasn't a problem
that was blown up by the media and will be a sticking point hoopla with a trade

he deserves to be paid - anyone remember Marcus Colston?

gone are the 80 yard bombs

watch Brady have some fun

No, that isn't the point. The impact that Cooks has as compared to a replacement does not come close to what it would cost to retain him as compared to a replacement. He also had value to get something in return. Will he get paid? Maybe. But we won't have to take the hit.
