From all the reports the Titans were not giving up pick 18 unless they got our round 2
The Eagles offered Jenkins and a 3+4 and preferred to buy players on one year deal
The Browns have every draft pick under the sun and no WR yet no reports of an offer
Teams were not knocking down the door for Cook so they took the best offer on the table which is his worth
Browns signed a WR already and Browns aren't looking for players who might talk crap or have a potential attitude any more. Apparently you talk or locker room problem they are gone. There is change in Cleveland. Cooks has bee speaking out and I don't think that administration wants that anymore or even a hint of it.
Beside if they are going to try and get a QB with the 12 pick... Why would they give that up for a WR who won't play as much as a QB? The math doesn't add up.
