The Jets have made calls about dealing defensive end Sheldon Richardson and safety Calvin Pryor, people with knowledge of the trade talks told USA TODAY Sports.
Teams have known both players are available since last year, but the price has now dropped, with Richardson and Pryor each believed to be available for a mid-round pick, said the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity because talks were confidential. |

I hate seeing other teams get compensatory picks and we just watch other teams succeed by cutting players when it's smart.
