I wouldn't be surprised if we start the season with 4 WR's (Thomas, Snead, Ginn and Coleman) because Kamara will be featured heavily in the passing game.

FWIW, Brees was very high on the signing of Fuller this off season & not only can he make the team but help offensively. We lose some production with the loss of Cooks but I think we still have a lot of weapons at WR. With Curtis now in the fold, I believe we will see Brandon use that 6'6 frame and added bulk to get the best of smaller corners inside the red zone. At least I hope . |

D'oh I forgot about Corey Fuller. Yeah I like his chances a lot. Maybe we do end up keeping 5 WR's. Corey Fuller's measurables could make him comparable to Robert Meachem adding to the shades of 2009 comparison.

It's just unlikely that'll happen. To be clear, Thomas was the starting QB for Georgia Tech the last 3 years. He never caught a pass in a college game in his career. Now dude certainly can run. But honestly he's a 5'10 guy that is going to have to be taught the receiver position in the NFL. And unless he can serve multiple roles on offense and special teams, he just doesn't have the capability at this time to man a roster spot on the 53. SFIAH |
