So this injury happened at Wednesday's practice. I thought they were only going half speed at this time of year

? Oh boy. I like Armstead but he can't stay fit. When he eventually becomes healthy again, maybe trade talk won't sound so silly after all.

On the flip side, it's possible San Fran did us a favor by drafting Reuben Foster and leaving Ramsczk available to us.

Reports are it is a torn labrum. Been there, done that. I have lived with my left labrum being shredded 20 years ago. Painful. But, now we know where we are. Plenty of time to get the pieces in place. This may even create more continuity on the offensive line given how frequently Armstead was out over the past couple of years.
