Damn I couldn't watch my power is still out but I'm sorry I had so much faith in our coach. Our defense sucks again and against the Vikings no less. AP was probably telling him run the ball u ass. I'm surprised it wasn't 27 to 3 Vikings I still think we'll beat the patriots but if not our season is over gentleman and Payton should quit.
Another losing season with all those weapons. I don't think so!

A couple of years overdue for me. I appreciate all Payton has done for us and that championship we won with him will be something we will never forget and be grateful for. But we've been mediocre for a while now and our ability to develop players, especially on defense, has been underwhelming. I've echoed this the past few season so trust me... it's not an overreaction to a loss. It's sad to say but I haven't been excited about Saints football in quite a while.

When we made an effort to get the ball downfield, it sure seemed like the opportunities were there more often than not. What did we have to lose by opening it up, when nothing else was working? It was like watching Les Miles call a game. There's too much talent there to be so conservative. Frustrating.

Agree with every point... It's like we looked at all the good things in the preseason and just said "nah, going to try to do everything differently".

Harris starting on the edge wtf...
Not blitzing almost all game wtf...
Playing mostly zone coverage wtf...

Literally did the exact opposite of what we saw in the preseason. At least the offense looked the same in the preseason.

Not sure I'm there yet. But our offense is slowly starting to become toothless like our defense and that's not a good thing when your head coach's specialty is offense.

Because Elliot put up a fight against Goodell. Elliot is backed by the NFLPA and he filed an injunction. Snead just ain't that slick.
