Again, yes it is. I know you are able to beat your drug testing, but it isn't anywhere near as stringent as what the NFL uses. If you knew when a test was to be given you might be able to slip by it given the right preparation. It IS impossible to successfully navigate 120 random drug tests in a calendar year while using. That is a fact.

The fact is that an athlete in the program is given a baseline test. Any subsequent test not within the bounds of that baseline is considered a failed test. That means any masking agent will create a failed test. A missed test is also considered a failed test. Not answering your phone when the office calls saying they are going to be there in 15 minutes to administer a test is considered a failed test. So, yes, given the frequency and the stringency of the NFL drug testing program it is statistically impossible to be using and pass all tests.

It is an entirely different scenario for players NOT in the program. I will give you that.

No. According to the program the tester can notify the player that they are on the way to their location to administer the test. This can be anywhere. It can even be on vacation. The player is required to be available 24 hours per day, regardless of location, for random testing. The player is also required to report to the league if they will be out of town and their location. They can be random tested anywhere at anytime. The league uses testing agencies all over the country and even in foreign countries. Any failure to live up to these requirement is reported as a failed test.

Vaccaro was popped for taking Adderall...

Adderall is used in the treatment for ADHD...

If Vaccaro was taking Adderall for ADHD (doubt Sean Payton would disagree, see Week 2 benching), could the NFL be interfering with Vaccaro's medical care?

I don't know, but he doesn't take it for ADHD. Here's an excerpt from his suspension statement...

"But I don't take it, I don't have any problems. I just wanted to be up and alert. I don't take Adderall ever."
