5 years and he's still a liability.
Anyone remember the game vs 49ers in 2014 or 2015, when he abandoned his zone when Kaepernick started scrambling. Kaep noticed it and threw a deep pass to Crabtree, 15 seconds left and 49ers win. |

They can call him at any hour and has to be available in 15 minutes. This has been going on for over a year now and will continue. It is impossible for him to be doing anything banned.
