No but I was going for hope

. Looking at his play I see the saints once again getting caught asking a LB to cover too long with no pass rush. They have a long history of asking fast LB to do this.

Not true. Anzalone has done very well. Are we really going to give up on him because he struggled against Brady/Gronkowski?

We gave up SA after he led in tackles with his stellar rookie season. We didn't see a decline in his performance the following year, we seen coaches decide not to play him and switch him to a different position. The only good thing coming from this trade is that I get a chance to see if those rumors are true about his unable to learn a defense and perform.

I am sure you are referring to Anzalone "getting betting" by Gronk last week. There isn't a LB in the league that could have stuck with Gronk for as long as he was given to get open. I seriously doubt Anthony could have done any better, especially since he couldn't even break into the starting lineup given every chance this off-season.

Time will tell a lot with this one. Only because Mike Nolan is here do I feel even somewhat ok with this. If Nolan hasn't been able to coach him up maybe something really is missing. But I will say this (& I know I am stating the obvious) if he goes to Miami at balls out, HUGE indictment to our entire organization.

I honestly hope he makes it, and does well. I want to see us succeed but if there really is a cancer or something wrong with the culture on airline it needs to be exposed.

Sean benches Sterling Moore (now injured) for an entire game #1 when we could have used his vet leadership, Crawley is a healthy scratch in two games, Kenny Vacarro not knowing why he's been benched on a play, Adrian Peterson has been rarely used in the run game, DA defensive game plan in question, etc.

I don't think we need to see 8 more games before saying Dennis Allen is the wrong man for the DC job.
