I don’t think so. I think Roger has a narcissistic personality and truly believes he is truly untouchable. Dudes got a serious personality disorder.

Re: Offseason needs

Don't flame me, but I'd include QB in there without hesitation.

I'm not trying to be negative, but Drew had a pretty crappy second half of the season if we are being honest.

After not throwing a pick for around 8 weeks, he then throws a pick in like 7 straight games.

Flip back to yesterday, Brees was missing wide open receivers all over the place, there were 2 consecutive third and long plays where he threw to a covered Dan Arnold when Tre'quan had come free over the middle with no defender, then Brees badly missed a wide open Ginn on the next play.

Inside the 10, just threw the ball at Thomas feet which stopped the clock.

His arm strength is waining and he's aint the gun slinger anymore, it's sad but teams play down more because they know we don't have much of a vertical passing game anymore.

In the playoffs you have to look beyond your top two receivers. Smith hasn't showed up. Looking at NE, Brady's throwing TDs to Dorsett. The two players who caught our TDs were Griffin and Hill, a QB. Smith should have never even been a factor given his recent track record. Whose to say Smith would have even caught that pass being open? Smith has to learn to create separation, something he didn't do on that TD play. But there was no one else. Carr and Kirkwood were both out. We sure as heck cannot trust TLH. So, who was left? our fullback and the aforementioned guys who caught TDs.

Unless Payton is convinced Bridgewater is the future, I agree. But a once in a franchise history QB like Brees has to be given every chance to prove it was just a slump. I don't want him to leave anything on the table when he walks away.

I'm too shot to even think about it now. Get back to me about the time the combine starts.

Parting ways with Armstead is pointless.

Why get rid of of the best LT (at least from what I've seen) just to eat almost 10M in dead money? He's always hurt right ? ....ok, then draft his replacement. There's no rule that we must get rid of TA before bringing in his eventual successor. The wise thing to do from many standpoints is to keep TA but be ready when he goes down mid season.

Then fast forward to 2020, you can either cut him or keep him if he made it though 2019 only missing a couple of games.

The answer is not always to get rid of a player immediately.

Yes, I have been wanting us to draft extra oline help for a while now. I don't trust any of our starters to stay healthy an entire year, so we need backup depth. Ram can play LT if TA goes down, so just getting a simple OT is what we need. A RT might be best. OG is also a need.

Re: Offseason needs

I’d like to see us go after WR Adam Humphries. Good slot receiver and punt returner.
