Would love to have a pass rusher like that, but with needs at DT3, NT and currently on about $12mil in cap space, we bring back Okafor if he doesn't like his market... Get the feeling Free Agency will be a RB (likely Ingram extension), NT (likely Davison extension), DT3 (anybody's guess), OL sixth man (plus trade(s) of current OLmen), and maybe a safety... |

Speaking of the Oakland Raiders, I do like Jonathan Hankins at DT. Good player on a terrible team. Darius Philon is another guy who is emerging & is only 25. |

We have Anzelone. I think he’s every bit as good as Clay (although used differently). Shane Ray is over his head. NFL physicality seems too much for him.

Frank Clark (edge) ...
I know, I know it's a pipe dream but he can flat out play and sack the QB. The stats don't lie. If we would "go all out in FA", Frank is a guy I'd be happy to have putting Crablegs, Matty Ice & Fig Newton on their a** twice a year. |

Re: 2019 Saints NFL Free Agency
You know what really sucks about this list?
We had one on our roster and let him go? Will we ever get the real story??? Another, Pay/Mis failed to make a move on another when we clearly had need and he was affordable... |

IIRC, Akiem wanted to be a 5 tech when Jordan had that locked down. Then he became lazy, took plays off etc. He "flashed" every 15 plays. Essentially it took 3 different teams before Akiem put it all together. Too bad Coach Nielsen never had the opportunity to coach him up in New Orleans. |
