Re: 2019 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Nielsen likes the way Biegel sets the edge, and he likes the length of his 6-foot-3 frame and the toughness Biegel brings. He called back to Biegel’s time at Wisconsin, where he recorded 14 sacks in his last three years, as part of the reason the Saints wanted to get a look at him on the edge. “He’s got some rush ability to him,” Nielsen said. “There’s something there. He’s not in pads, but we’ll continue this through camp, and you will see the progression after this break when we get back.” I really like this. There’s a lot of upside here. |
"When you get into one of these groups, there's only a couple of ways you can get out. One, is death; the other, is mental institutions."

36 - Kayvon Webster (FA 2019) ... < ---- sleeper. Former 3rd round pick for the Broncos (member of that SB winning team). Multiple leg injuries/concussions etc but he will push others at t/c. His health will be key.
Veteran experience with a ring. |

LSU is trying to match Alabama's Power Run Game, Stupid...
LSU needs to go more Pro-Set with the WRs they somehow keep bringing in every recruiting class; with that offense they'll draw elite passing prospects... And then they can throw over those big Bama defensive lines, or at the least, they can dink and dunk and neutralize those Bama front lines... |

And while a great passer would be a plus, a smart, mature game manager (e.g. Matt Flynn) proficient in pre-snap reads, could challenge Saban's defenses as LSU does have the athleticism on offense... |
