I dont think its zone that was causing the issues.
Weve been playing a lot of man but "Off-Coverage." Lattimore excels at bump and run style, he knocks you off the route and then stays close to the hip. He struggles playing off coverage and reading / guessing where the player is going in space. |

He should be fine as long as they can keep two safeties back. We were able to stop the run without bringing down a safety to help. That’s a big deal. We did it against Zeke and that Cowboys offensive line so we can do that to anybody.

I don't think its as much picking on Apple as it is staying the hell away from Lattimore.
But either way you look at it, Apple is gonna see a lot more thrown his way. |
