Think of the trade this way. We didn't have a 3rd. We traded our 5, 6 and 7 to move up into the 3rd to get a TE that may be an absolute Gronk like stud.

I'm not all that upset about losing a 5th, 6th and 7th rounder if you have a really deep roster to start with.

If we were rebuilding I'd be a lot more pissed off.

Vikings have 13 draft picks remaing.
Saints have 0.

If many of those make the Vikings squad, doesn't that tell you something about their current?

Not really. With 13 picks, the Vikings can afford to take chances and be flat out wrong on 75% of their choices and nail the remaining 25%. I can see that being advantageous!
