A lot of people buy in to the whole mentor-ship and a starting QB teaching #2,#3.. It doesn't work that way.. maybe a tip or two but coaches coach. Players don't have much interest in teaching someone to take their job or lower their contract value.

A starting QB that has a chance to win a SB is working on that, not come snot nosed kid. Its a watch and learn atmosphere not a scheduled Drew Brees 1on1 tuning session.

I get what you're saying but what i was saying was don't badmouth someone if you're gonna do the same exact thing.

ACCORDING TO https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/new-orleans-saints/cap/ , HIS CAP HIT IS ONLY 1.1 MILLION. I DO NOT LIKE JW AT ALL BUT THAT IS A STEAL AND NO WAY HE GETS CUT. HOPFULLY, SOMEONE WILL LOSE THEIR QB AND GIVE US A RD 2 OR 3RD

Agree...
I didn’t like the signing but at that price it’s great.

What's the over/under on sacking Tom Brady this year?

Brady will be under his sack on 20% of the plays.

According to my Football outsiders subscription, the Bucs were ranked at 23rd out of 32 teams on pass protection. They recently added Joe Haeg and just drafted a big nasty Tristan Wirfs in the 1st rd.

I have this page bookmarked to provide you a response right after training camp ;).

With Brady at qb, you’re allowed to hold. Take the under

I’ve often wondered if this was the case. By all accounts it doesn’t seem like Rodgers is going to be chomping at the bit to turn Love into the next Brett Farve.

I STILL TRUST IN .................SPAGS!!!!!!

I think Spagnuolo is a good defensive coordinator. His philosophy is very personnel dependent. We didn't have the personnel for his philosophy. I believe if we would have given him more time, he would have fixed the defense. Now I'm happy with where we are now, Allen is sufficient. Still, it annoys me when Saints fans mock Spagnuolo. His issue is he's not very good at adapting with what he has, but when he has what he needs he can make very good defenses. I think if Payton was never suspended, Spags would have never been fired. I think Payton just wanted to clean house and have a fresh start.

And changed from a 3-4 scheme to a 4-3 installment. Chiefs went from the 31st to 8th best passing defense in 1 season under Spaggs.

Adding Tyrann Mathieu, Frank Clark, Jones and Ogbah didn't hurt either.

Credit Andy Reid for giving him the tools to work with. The result = Championship.

The Tyrann Mathieu we refused to even make an offer to.
