A typical contrarian trope takes the form, "everything you know about topic X is wrong". Sound Familiar?

He explained that a QB gets most of his power from a throw from his legs, not his arm. The more of the initial force that can be efficiently transferred to the fingertips the stronger the throw.
I can see how someone might see that as gibberish or nonsense. |

Jordan Palmer. (Either didn't listen to his trainers or couldn't be trained.)

This reminds me of all those stupid exercise routines Bush had when he was with the Saints. It all looks like nonsense to me

Re: Alvin Kamara Shows Off What May Be His Craziest Workout Yet
He said that he doesn't have anywhere near the talent of some of these young QB's coming out now. One of the most highly regarded private pitching and QB coaches, Tom House, only won 29 games in his eight year career and saved only 33 games. He has worked with both Tom Brady and Drew Brees. It's not what you can do yourself that's important as a trainer, it's what you can do to help your client improve. Right?

As I stated, Jordan Palmer either didn't listen to his trainers or couldn't be trained to be a successful NFL QB. I've seen trained seals on balance beam catch a ball and hold it on their nose. Didn't make them great running backs! |
