No where did it mention that Brees was struggling, or that Winston was "by far" the best performing QB in camp, or that Winston will be the starting QB by week 4 because the offensive line has given up on Brees. All three are things that you declared in this thread with the first two being things you claimed to have heard or read with no forthcoming support whatsoever.

Every year you make outlandish projections about individual players and how you expect them to fail. It appears you have targeted Brees this season and no amount of facts will stand in your way.

:D

Tell you what, $20 says that Winston will not take over as starter for a benched Drew Brees this season. Whatcha say, my friend?

If he says yes then I want some of that action. I'll double down and bet on the Saints to win the Super bowl. I'll be able to retire on my winnings. :p

Chris totally get and am with you on our Drive-Thru instant gratification society, but Rankins has ended every one of his seasons on Injured Reserve...

I think you are discounting David a tad.

Onyemata takes double teams like it isn't nothing and is a huge reason Demario Davis can play so freely and have so much success against the run and rushing the passer.

More importantly is that he is DURABLE unlike Rankins.

Hopefully Sheldon is 100% in 2020.

Plus, when Onyemata makes a sack, they look like they really hurt because all the quarterbacks faces are flush (yeah, black and white)...

...and that plays in a QB's head, even Drew will admit it...

I get where you guys are coming from... I think Onyemata is a great fit at the 1-technique- better than Malcom Brown. Rankins is a terrific 3-technique though. Might I mention... God it feels great to debate where our DT’s are a better fit!
