Not worried about MT after we won all those game without Brees. Leadership will figure it out. Gonna need others to step up anyway if this is a real run. They get stronger, he heals up we get even stronger.

OBJ wouldn't be happy in New Orleans - too small a market...

Only cities big enough for his ego would be New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles...

Nothing else would do for him unless the Jaguars moved to Londontowne this season...

Everyone dogs Smith. But he's out there because he does the jobs that Payton wants him to do.

Here's an example from the game. Kamara's TD run. Watch Smith come in motion and put on the kickout block that springs Kamara for the TD:

It's plays like this why he's out there. Folks expect him to be an all Pro when virtually on every play he's the 4th or 5th option out there. Even when a receiver is not the target, they need to generate the proper spacing and offer blocking. Tre is here because he does his job.

Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good.

No one is dogging him. He needs to produce.

Tre has been in NO 3 years and runs sloppy routes, rarely gets separation and does not fight for the football. He has confidence issues and is inconsistent.

Smith needs to prove he can be that WR3 after Ginn moving on and the front office not drafting another WR.

He's only shown flashes but going into year 3 he needs to show up (1 catch 4 yards vs TB), cut the mental errors and not disappear for weeks at a time. Period.

No it's not. The Browns would be on the hook for the remaining $14 million on his contract in dead money if I'm reading the contract details correctly. He's not going anywhere until after the season is done.

I find his case confusing. If he isn't producing to the expectation of Payton and Carmichael, then why do they keep running him out there? Last season he played in 16 games and was in 50% or more of the offensive snaps in 15 of those 16 games. He was in for 65% of the snaps Sunday. So if he's sloppy and lazy and lacks confidence, then why is he such a big part of the offense?

Odell could do a Sign and Trade that would remedy that situation and allow him and his unhappy self to go to another market to seek success and happiness that would still elude him and he'd come to look at himself...

While I would love to see it on paper him and Thomas in the same locker room would be a recipe for disaster.

The reports say they’re shopping him right now.
