NCAA may be toothless in Penn State scandal
this is a discussion within the College Community Forum; Similar to Roger Goodell, the NCAA exists chiefly to dole out wildly inconsistent punishments for vaguely-defined "infractions," often with little-or-no evidence. Sandusky committed a heinous crime, and was rightfully (finally) convicted ... the clowns running the NCAA apparently don't know ...
