While I do think that in the long-run Columbus will be the winner of this trade, I can't help but to think that Howson is on some seriously thin ice when combining the Nash and Carter trades. They were certainly,
allegedly, asking for much more from Detroit and San Jose than they got from the Rangers, but I guess the fact that Nash now went to an Eastern Conference team was the difference there.
Too bad Columbus doesn't really have any legit 1st line talent players left, because they sure have plenty of 2nd and 3rd liners.
