I however know that we are. I am a subject matter expert on it. Mock me, ridicule me. I do not care. Free speech, our most sacred right is being trashed to the effin tilt.

That last sentence I do agree with. It may be debatable whether we are war, but we still should have our guard up. China has a lot to work with, unfortunately.

[QUOTE=gosaints1;912775]Fully understand the logic you’re using to think the way you think. Using your logic of “he’s signed..., it is what it is..., time will tell” can be equally applied to everyone else that is currently signed. Including CGM, well not really Thomas or Kamara as we don’t need “time to tell” as they ARE playmakers, not “time will tell” folks.

“They’re all signed, time will tell, it is what it is”. Right? Problem with that logic is somehow, someway almost $100 million has to be “booked” to be in compliance and field a team in fall 2021. “He is signed” isn’t going to work. 45 of the current 53 players are already “he is signed” and accounted for already in the 2021 cap mess, and those salaries put us over almost $100,000,000.00. There will be “he is signed” folks who won’t be on the final 53 in the fall of 2021. And it’s my belief Taysom Hill should be on that evaluate for trade or release list also. A “gadget” guy
"Hill is signed....." I mentioned Taysom Hill and ONLY TAYSOM HILL. Go back and read it again.

Yes, I know you mentioned Taysom Hill as being “signed” ONLY. It’s my point, and exactly my point. Taysom Hill being signed doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be evaluated for trade or release, he’s no different from anyone else on the 53 man roster, of which 45 are already signed for 2021.

Again, I stated Taysom Hill was signed, it is what it is and time will tell if it was a bad signing. The statement as far as Taysom Hill goes stands on it's own. Show me where I stated he shouldn't be evaluated for trade or release along with anyone else on the team.

You either get BITTER or you get BETTER. It’s that simple.
You either take what has been dealt to you and allow it to make you a better person, or you allow it to tear you down. The choice does not belong to FATE . It belongs to YOU!!

hmmm..., I don’t think I’m bitter, either over the loss or on who is signed. Very simply, some around here have foreseen the fall of DB#9, and are/were unbiased in assessing both the roster and our inability to succeed in the postseason bc of that roster. It’s the same approach I’m using now, an unbiased approach. When it comes to the QB philosophy, mine is simple. Best one wins the job, EzPz. Whomever is on the roster gets an equal chance to win the job, under the same center, with the same offensive weapons and playbook. I’m just not a fan of <insert any QB here> being named starter, while being unproven, without competition..., bc - Coach nubs him. Just not my cup of tea, but to each their own.

The Peat and Hill contracts where the bad ones imo. If Hill was the future at QB he would have beat Teddy out a year back.

In a ideal world the cap would have jumped like expected and you'd be making the contract changes and a few cuts, extensions to sort out the difference and keeping the core together. The roster salary is very very heavily weighted to a few players.
Agreed on everything, especially wrt if Taysom were the future he would have beaten out Teddy Two Gloves. That is spot on, and wrt Taysom’s contract, it’s the reason I don’t understand giving him that much money, attributed to the 2021 cap. He’s paid like he’s the future, but is he really already designated the future? It’s just my belief, that the two ppl you build this team around are CGM, and Kamara. Lose either of those and who you name starting QB is unimportant, that person will struggle, a lot.

To me, it’s very simple, either completely rebuild from the ground up, and much younger..., or keep your superstar playmakers and find a QB, my preference would be to see the two that are on the roster now, both, get equal chances at starting.

I’m not Anti-Taysom! I’m not, I assure you..., that being said, neither am I anti-Winston.

I don't have to look at myself.

I stated Taysom Was signed, was it a bad signing? Time will tell. It is what it is. Nothing more nothing less.

I admit I'm bitter and frustrated. But I'm only borderline angry. I've been blessed through hard work and dedication to God. But Beastmode is correct, a storm is coming and we shouldn't bury our head in the sand and think that the threat isn't real.
