Hard pass for me.
Not to mention Farley's testing positive for COVID-19. One would think that these prospects would show more responsibility and be a bit more careful just prior to the draft.

And other GMs can see it, see him coming...

That's a matter of opinion upon which we clearly know how yours is slanted.

Re: 2021 NFL Draft: New Orleans Saints

I'm so pumped for today.

Brees's loss will be felt but it's kinda nice to go into a new season without the same expectation.

I believe this team is still a contender and whether the organization drafts 10 players or 1, I'm sure it's part of the plan to keep us in contention.

Here's to a great weekend in the next chapter Who Dats!

I've been looking forward to the draft just to see who we end up getting. At that point I'll learn more about the players and then wait to see how they turn out in a few years. Maybe a couple will have some immediate impact. We'll see. If they turn the eight picks into five and get the five players they want I'll be happy. They can target others via the UDFA market. It seems they are just as successful as the late rounders anyway.

Only a strong organization and coaching staff can turn as many afterthoughts into solid starters. That's one reason they deserve more credit than they receive.
