Wow! We've got eight picks. I don't ever remember having that many. Most of the time we work with around half that number. The scouts are the most important people in the organization right now. Let's hope they earn their money and a bonus!

Jaelan Phillips - DE University of Miami
6'5/260 good closer with speed and range. Very good against the run as well. Legit first round talent, could start and be productive from Day 1. A few scouts compare Jaelan's skill set to ---> CAM JORDAN. |

I just can’t see how they don’t go for a CB. Even trade up judging from past drafts. Of course I never have been correct about predicting Saints drafts.

No way at all we can move him even if we wanted and personally I think that would be beyond foolish as he is one of the best LT's in the league today. They are rare. |
