I don't think anyone should, and if I'm the Texans I wouldn't. I hate the NBA for letting their players make coaching decisions and I don't want to see the NFL be that way as well.

Taking the advice of your star player on some personnel moves is not the same thing as demanding input in who runs my team. To me it's not even close.

Pushing or asking for players is a whole different ballgame then asking for a GM or head coach.
