He’s saying the league is afraid that if they accept the fact that Black coaches are equally yoked to be head coaches and are provided the opportunity without any bias whatsoever the coaching numbers would become just as lopsided as the player make up. He’s basically saying the majority of coaches would be Black and the NFL isn’t willing to let that happen, which he says is racism in a nutshell. “We will make concessions to your community but we will never truly empower your community in such a manner that threatens the status quo.”
