IMO that's a lot & can cripple a franchise for years. Let's check back on Denver in a year or two. Saints have too many other things to address. |

That is, as we all know, mandated by the CBA. If revenues increase by 15% per year the cap is mandated to increase by the same percentage and total salaries, in turn, are forced to keep pace.
