Indy could come off looking great if they land Ryan without a first...

Saints may just getting played, jammed up at this point...

I'm not high on him with the baggage anyway, but good grief. He can't make a decision and could screw us while we sit on our hands waiting.

Screw that guy.

How much butt-hurt is Jameis gonna have should the Saints need to approach him?

I wonder how CGJ is feeling to be honest, sounds like he's been dangled as trade bait and now the team just getting messed around.

Moving back the bonus is almost certainly because they know they’re getting Watson and they want to do right by Matt Ryan and find him a favorable trade destination.

Pack it in fellas… We’ve whiffed yet again.

I wouldn’t be mad if he said the saints can kiss his arse. This is what happens when you put all your eggs in one basket. We’re getting played by Watson and craplanta and if Allen can’t see that he is not head coach material

Losing Williams and CGJ would hurt. Allen isn’t the offensive genius Payton was, I would think he would benefit from keeping as many impact players on defense as he can. At this point I don’t really care. He signs fine, if not it won’t hurt my feelings one bit. Roll with Winston, trade back in the draft and stockpile as many draft picks as you can for next year. See about moving up for a Qb then.

I believe Underhill stated it best ... "at some point you either want be here or not". Enough of the shenanigans.

If the Saints wait any longer, they'll f*** around and lose out on Winston to the Colts.

Time to move on.

Re: Deshaun Watson to Saints?

Just give the Eagles a 5th/6th whatever for Minshew. Still has a year left on his rookie deal, so real cheap. While he may never be a franchise QB why pay good back up money to a potential starter.

You have your future firsts, you keep a good young players

Minshew is just about to turn 26
Career 41-12 TD-TO ratio playing for Jacksonville

Beef up the interior of the line and get in another RB. Beef up the interior of the line ready for a QB when you find one. Minshew wont lose you games with stupid turnovers. Stepped in well last year
4 games
68.3% completion
4-1 TD
Passer rating 104.8

On the worst team in the league in 2020(1-15) and being sacked on avg 3 times a game, he played 9 games. Spread them stats over a 16 game season

4016 yards
28.4 TDs
8.8 INT

Do for him what the Browns did for Mayfield when they were healthy in the playoffs two years ago. Let him make some throws but put the game on the defensive and running game.

Not like we have much talent at WR outside of a player who hasn't played or been healthy in approaching 2 years in September

Go get yourself another allround back that can come in this year and be part of a dup in 2023. The NFL OLB have been getting smaller the past few years, its one of the reason you are seeing the likes of Hunt/Chubb,Taylor get their yards.

In the words of the great Mickey Goldmill
“You're a greasy fast 200 pound Italian tank. Go through him! Run over him!”

"Two receivers to the left, Garcon to the right. Manning in the shotgun, puts Collie in motion. Looks in his direction...it's picked off! It's picked off! It's Tracy Porter again! He's runnin' free! He's gonna go all the way!
