Jury is still out on Mac Jones... agreed. The rest are all backups at best, and were the product of the Bama talent pool at all other positions.

Well someone tell Dennis to get it together because Hurts (2-0) sure doesn't look like a backup against the Saints defense .

Plenty of young NFL QBs had a party against the Saints, even Kap. It's our M.O., letting young QB have career days. There will be film this year on all those guys.

I said when we drafted him. He would been there in the sixth round. We definitely overreached for Book. Like what others have said ND and Bama qb’s don’t pan out. Yea, you might get one or two but a blind squirrel finds an acorn every once in a while

Like Kyler Murray, wait he lost. Well Justin Herbert, he lost too. How about Zach Wilson, another one who lost. What about the "NEW TB" Mac Jones? He lost too? C'mon Man!!! Jordan Love, wait don't tell me..........

Wait for the inevitable COULD'A, WOULD'A, SHOULD'A, WHAT IF and OH YEAH? What about *The Year Of Your Choice* when *Add QB Name*................

DOESN'T MATTER.

As Raúl Juliá said as he ripped off and the rearview mirror. The first rule of Italian driving is “WHAT'S BEHIND ME IS NOT IMPORTANT"

Yeah, but Smash it's a Star Trek Kobayashi Maru; though the QB is likely to fail, how he handles stress, is still able to make best possible decisions, Bama is a great test...

Book was one read, if that, and run, and even then he often chose the wrong running lanes...

Trevor Lawrence and Mac Jones will progress well; am not sold on Justin Fields; Zach Wilson is screwed with the Jets; Lance is Incomplete till Jimmy G is traded...
