I kinda get Nick Toon vibes watching Dixon.

Big, possession guys who can keep the chains moving.

That's a jinx if I ever saw one... Toon was a bust, father Al Toon's genes didn't help. Colston is more like it.

Damn, my fault Dixon.

Don't want to jinx the guy. He has the ability and I hope he does well.

What I like most about Trevor is that he's coachable, has a mean streak and a ridiculous ceiling. He could end up as your starting bookend for the next 8-10 years.

He is quite typical of the college player that has gotten by a lot on size and strength, he will have a period of time while getting used to the NFL.

I didn't watch the game but listening to Deuce Windham's perspective this morning he said that Penning seemed to struggle a lot when Book was dropping back much further than he was supposed to. Of course Lineman can't see where the QB is so the reps taken in camp give them an idea and a feel where the QB is supposed to be on the play.

Yes, I feel a little dirty giving someone else's perspective on a game rather than my own but I thought that it was worth considering.

I've heard the exact same thing previously as a critique of other QB's. It's hard for a lineman to protect a QB if that QB isn't where he is expected to be.

Re watched the game. I agree with Maddy.

Safety - Justin Evans performed well.

It's hard to rack up sacks when you are getting three and outs. I know they didn't actually go "three and out", but the Texans were really unable to do much of anything on offense until the final two minutes of the game.
Do you ever read your nonsense back to your self?

Two people commented about a lack of pass rush before I commented and that was the basis of what I found troubling. I should do like you and go find supporting tweets before forming a matching opinion? Why you feel the need to address me is truly beyond me.

You do not understand the difference between fundamentals and skills don't you (sorry, no you do not)? Fundamentals are taught in peewee and skill is what gets you into the NFL.

Wait... What lol???? Again proving that without Twitter you have absolutely zero clue about the game. 'linemen need to know where the QB is to protect him'... 99% of the comments on the Falcons boards exhibit a greater understanding of football than that sh1t.
