Observations from the Saints come-behind win against Falcons

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The Lattimore call right at the end was a head scratcher as well. Don’t cheat us with these bogus penalties....

I’m not clear at all on that one & took away a down.
Was hoping they brought in the ref from the broadcast booth to explain because it appeared to be a questionable flag.
The clock wasn't running since the previous play went out of bounds. Winston didn't realize that. You can only legally spike the ball on a running clock snap. If it isn't running it falls under the usual passing rules and requires being outside of the tackle box AND past the line of scrimmage. Neither component was there on the spike.

Who knew there are hookers on Poydras Street. The secret life of Guido?

Don't be showing up in a short skirt and wig, Smash, hoping for a free ticket.

So pray tell... What did happen when JW entered the tent? Did he ingest crab legs juice? Did Drew Brees enter his body for the 4th quarter? Did he get an earful from his old lady?

Interested parties want to know...

16 points. The largest 4th quarter comeback in Saints history.

Carry on.

That's actually saying something considering the Drew Brees years. Is it also saying we can go deep now?

The spike on 3rd down was even more concerning. Why spike the ball with that much time left. Let the play clock run down then spike.
