Observations from the Saints win vs Seahawks
Nice to taste a victory once again after three weeks.
Hard to watch our WR get now so depleted. Wondering where our promising practice squad rookies are . Taysom can do it all. MVP today. Maybe he need to start at QB... Since his unpredictability is so key. Overall some improvements, but much still to do if we're to be an above average team. Parity play gives the Saints a chance! | |

This is how we should have ran our offense from the start. Good to see the win.
I’ve never been a Geno Smith guy but kudos to him for turning his career around. |

We suck, today was a little less than usual, which is improvement but not quite to the level of hope. String 2 Ws together then we can talk going .500.

Great to get the win today but I'm not looking forward to reading the injury report over the next few days! Today was brutal for Saints!

Re: Observations from the Saints win vs Seahawks
I know all of the D got smoked but again, Mathieu seems like he's always out of position and often unwilling to make tackles.
That 69 yard TD run they had, Mathieu took one of the worst angles I've seen a safety take. On the Locket TD pass, all 4 DB's just stood there and let it happen, but Mathieu saw the whole play and just jogged behind everyone. We've lost way too much talent in the secondary and it shows, because these new guys aren't cutting it, and to be frank, Lattimore and Adebo are playing very poorly too |

Re: Observations from the Saints win vs Seahawks
wait, how can this be? All the sports media experts and all the armchair coaching experts said Taysom Hill was not a QB. Yet he took about 10 snaps at QB today and single-handedly won the game. I'm so confused. Com' on sports talent experts, help me out here. Help me make sense of this strange anomaly.

Re: Observations from the Saints win vs Seahawks
Dalton again, wasn't perfect but he looked like he saw the field much better than Winston would. His decision making and accuracy are way above Winston's.
We still need a franchise QB but Winston should honestly be 3rd on the depth chart. |
