Do you visit many boards for other teams? You should try it, especially after that team loses. The consensus across the league is that the Referees are screwing everyone.

To me that’s a level playing field. :bng:

Did you watch the video of Simms and Florio? There are refs designed to look for EXACTLY those holds. If it makes you feel better to let the refs off and blame Allen that’s obviously your prerogative. It’s not accurate, but it’s your prerogative.

With all due respect, it might save a lot of dedicated Fans a lot of time and energy, if you would just look at the Title of this thread. Whether or not a petition would even be effective, it's the thought that counts. The consensus appears to be that (among other things), we have a COACHING PROBLEM. After 13 weeks, if that's not clear to you, enjoy the bye-week, and let's see how well-coached we are against the dirty birds. Should be an interesting game, to say the least.

Save time? Didn’t realize you were so busy. My points are about Allen and things impacting the team’s performance. Very on topic.

This is an actual fact. Every week on any fan board after a loss is a thread about how the refs are out to get them and how the game is fixed. I see them all the time.

You dont have a clue because you didn't look. Don't backtrack now you stated professional athletes shouldn't need motivation now you rephrase to make it seem like you were talking about a style of motivation...I can all but guarantee the guys you named motivated their players so guess the coaches think alot different than you feel

NFL football is not classified as a sport under the AntiTrust agreement, it is classified as entertainment. As such they cannot be charged with fraud or criminal charges in how the games are played or officiated.

Point in fact the Houston Astros never any charges but clearly MLB knew the had to responde are all hell would break lose a Congress would have pulled the Antitrust aggrement.

Not speaking as a gamer for the Saints our history of No calls and just flats horrible calls. Having watched the change in how the NFL entertainment machine has been played and officiated during Goodell tenure we have seen the number of games clearly affected by calls that were clearly wrong and then upheld that ended up determing the winner and the unfortunate loser. I find it telling that most of the severe examples are all very subjective calls that under a true review would not stand but NFL/NYC make that decision … surprise shock. It happens too often to be coincidental.

WWE light is what we experiencing and it will on progress with Gotohell and the NFL extremely unlikely to change course.

Contain Corderelle Patterson. He's running back kickoffs 90+ yards & still hard to contain on those jet sweeps.

Edit: Sorry posted in the wrong thread.

Goodell works for.................THE OWNERS! He does what THEY TELL HIM TO DO!! You wouldn't take $40+million a year to be the scapegoat?

The best chance we have of DA leaving the team after 1 year is if Goodell finds a reason to suspend him.

If He’s as bad as some think then good ol Rodger may appoint him Saints coach for the next ten years.

Well, this unsurprisingly petered out with slightly over 5600 signatures in over a month. That's about 20,000 less than the Save the Maine Lobster Industry and Eliminate NC's Luxury Tax on Menstrual Products petitions.

So you're saying all we need is a covert plant of evidence and an anonymous tip to authorities? :p

Sorry, but I don't get your point. I don't know of anyone accepting mediocrity. I was just pointing out the idiocy of these online petitions.

Is this the motivational coach you want for the saints. Especially, after a win.

One win doesn't mean he can coach. It means we have a talented roster but DA doesn't know how to use them. Buh bye!

Bill Belichick has the same type of demeanor. You don’t have to be rah rah to get people to follow you. Sounds like he’s trying to keep his team focused after a W and not Indulge in patting themselves on the back.

I respect your opinion but you seem to be in the minority Boston. I hope you're right and he can turn it around but l have my doubts.

I have doubts too. I’ve NEVER said he can be the guy. I’ve only said things outside of his control are being blamed on him. He’s not being given credit for keeping the team together and developing at least 3 solid players in his first year as coach. He’s being unfairly evaluated by popular opinion is all I’m saying. I completely understand if he’s let go. Wouldn’t bother me. Wouldn’t bother me either if they kept him (based on what I’ve seen so far) and see what he could do with a hopefully healthier team with a QB he didn’t inherit (future QB of his choice). Next few weeks are telling. IF he does win the division then I’d be MUCH more likely to keep him. If they go winless then I’d swing more towards dumping him.

First, D.A. was being named in the same sentence as Sean Payton, then Vince Lombardi, then it was Andy Reid, now it's Belichick... Some COMEDY up in here!

Bill Belichick is a motivator though. Sadly, that's a trait that Dennis Allen doesn't share.

Well, when you don’t have an intelligent reply to a valid comment you result to insults. If that’s what you think is comedy then good for you.
