Re: Saints fans launch petition asking team to fire Dennis Allen
Chicken sh*+ petition if you ask me. Not that i want Allen to stay. Just a bad look for the fans.

Re: Saints fans launch petition asking team to fire Dennis Allen
I too believe Pete Carmichael will be moving on after this year. I have to give Pete a little slack, he did not want the OC position this year and had asked to be demoted. I do believe Pete puts 100% effort into his job, but without SP around it looks like it would have been wise to allow him to be a position coach instead of OC.
As for DA, we all know this has been a rough year. I think he is a one and done, but wouldn't be surprised at all if he gets another year. I also believe the organization will very quietly attempt to get SP back by offering a very large pay bump. |

I'm a really big fan of McDaniel's offense in Miami. We might not have the right players for it, but I like a quick, faster striking offense. Less thinking just doing.
We just need some new energy. |

One has to admit though that DA's "Another Bad Day At The Office" comment seems very shallow and lacking. | |

Re: Saints fans launch petition asking team to fire Dennis Allen
I agree. If you really look at the roster, when healthy, we're actually in good shape. We just need a slightly above average quarterback and we're a playoff team. The problem is that we're never healthy and we don't have the latter either. Jimmy G has been mentioned several times on the board and I think he actually works here if we can find some money between the couch cushions. It's not a bad stop gap.
