I'd love to have him, but so would Payton. He's not going to Arizona if they turn over the #3 overall pick to the Saints for his rights. I just don't see it happening.

Kyler Murray is there. They might send him, although I donít want him.

Unfortunately players and/or cap related monies cannot be part of a trade deal for a coach's rights. Just picks and/or cash in the owner's pocket.

Re: SP Putting Together a Staff

CJ STROUD is a solid prospect but the Saints need to get rid of this stale play caller Ö Pete Carmichael.

I have no faith in him as a play caller. Stale and no creativity.

Re: SP Putting Together a Staff

I canít help but entertain the idea that Sean knows where he wants to go and wants to bring Thomas along with him as part of the trade due to Thomasí recent restructure. Im thinking Arizona a good possibility and that #3 overall along with maybe their second or next years first would be really nice. A Stroud and Olave combination with a fresh new OC is fun to think about

Speaking of new OC, Bobby Slowik from the 49ers came up in an article I was reading and after reading up on him, I think he is an intriguing candidate.

Players cannot be part of any transaction for the rights to a contracted coach.

And Payton will absolutely go where HE wants to go, not to where the Saints want him to go. They only have control over where they DON'T want him to go.

Doesn't prevent a player deal from happening.
