Upgrade at all positions. Anywhere else in the league, he's on the couch.

Add better depth. There are plenty of hungry guys out there who can "block".

This. I can’t believe there isn’t a late round draft pick or even an UDFA that could come in and beat out Smith. We just have to sign enough of them.

Why, pray tell, hasn't he broken through as a top tier WR, even though he's had more than his fair share of opportunities?
