With the WR core we have + draft one or pick another up in FA he would be looking at the best group of core players on the O he has ever had. He can make all the throws. Should come reasonably cheap to boot.
Damn Baker huh? Is he an upgrade over Dalton? Winston? Why did the Panthers move on from him so quickly?

Just appears like his production has gone down over the last couple of seasons.

But hey, what the hell do I know?

I think he would be an upgrade over Dalton. Winston has the raw ability to be really good but Allen for some reason don't seem to care for him. Browns sold the farm for Watson letting Mayfield go to the Panthers. I'm still scratching my head why the Panthers were so quick to let him go. Given time to learn a system and surrounded by enough talent I do think he could be good enough to make things happen. I'm not saying he's the 2nd coming of Brees but good enough to win some playoff games. The guy is tough, played hurt, did what was required of him playing for the Browns and crapped on. Get his head back in it, u might find out he's not bad. I don't think talent wise there are to many qb.'s in the league as talented as Winston just thought I would throw that in.
