An interesting stat I just came across for week one.

% of drives that went 3-and-out:

67% - CIN
64% - IND
62% - PHI
58% - NYG
55% - PIT
55% - MIN
54% - ATL
53% - JAX
50% - TB
50% - TEN

44% - SEA
42% - CAR
36% - BUF
36% - KC
36% - ARI

I am open to hearing about positive stats like Carr's air yards but I would argue this is a flawed stat. Anything that shows our offense was the equal of the Dolphins in week 1 should be questioned. The reality is we punted 5 times on drives of -2, 23, -8, 26, and 30 yards. The average of those drives is 14 yards before punting. Keep the same average and make those drive 8, 9, 35, 8, and 9 yards and we double our 3 and outs but it makes no difference really.

For both the Raiders and Dolphins when you look at their drives its counting kneeling at the end of a half as a 3 and out to make their percentage add up. So the numbers can't be totally trusted.

Points and yards are more trustworthy than lack of 3 and outs. A team could have a first down, run for no gain, garner a 5 yard penalty that automatically gives them another first down, get sacked twice for 20 yards, and throw a pick six, and then its time to celebrate a drive without a 3 and out. Then the other team kneels 3 times and punts with 5 seconds on the clock to seal the win, and they had a 3 and out. We had 12 possessions amounting to 5 punts with an average of 14 yards before punting, 2 turnovers (1 special teams) with an average of 22 yards gained before turnover, 3 field goals, one touchdown, and one run-out-the-clock and we scored 16 points. Thats an average to below average offensive performance if I ever heard one. Lucky our defense shined.

You work extremely hard to discredit this team but I truly do appreciate your perspective. It makes me think and see things differently.
