He is picking Panthers +3 over Saints that fine he usually always takes the points … but his reasoning is

Brice young was 20-38 for 146 yards QBR of 20 CMP of 52.6% 1 TD and 2 interceptions shows that the coaching likes and trust BY.

New Orleans offense is a mess and Carr was not very good … 23-33 305 yards QBR 60.6 CMP 69.7% 1 TD 1 interception. And Colin guesses the Saints defense is ok.

Ridder was 15-18 for 115 yards and as a team rushed for 130 yards.

Saints Run Defense is ranked # 10 after week 1
Titians #15
Panthers #20
Falcons # 25

Is just another example of “Implicit Bias” in the National media or am just missing something here looking at the stats of the 4 teams involved.
Not trying to start anything WW but Cowherd is the least listenable sports personality out there IMO. His manner of speech, his self egotism, all make him an even bigger jackwagon than Guido IMO.

None of his takes that I’ve heard are based on facts. He’s wrong more than right and he takes no responsibility or admits when he’s wrong. But then again, I haven’t listen to him that much in the last 10 years. He used to be a regular on my hour and a half commute across the bay area in San Francisco and that’s where I develop my opinion on him.

That being said, I’d probably take Carolina and the points as well for this game

I agree Boston, but I have heard similar takes from other outlets. Emotion and feeling rather than facts. They are big picture in this KC, Philly, LA Rams, Miami, Cincinnati

This national media take week 1

Week 1 QB Ranking

GB 1
Miami 2
Rams 2
KC 4 really did not look like and stats tell a different story

Philly 23
Cincinnati 32

I would take the Saints by over 3. Even if I am right and we are an 8-9 team, some of those 8 wins should be by more than 3 points, and Carolina has looked really bad in preseason and week 1 and now has lost 2 more starters since Week 1. The two games against Carolina should be among our 4 easiest games. If we can’t beat Carolina convincingly, worry. It won’t get easier from here and we won’t get healthier from here (although neither will most other teams).

Back to name calling, I see.

"That's why we drafted Foskey." We knew Turner was injury prone and would probably be injured before the end of the first quarter. I'm not positive that he really said the second line but I wouldn't doubt it.
