Also, I seem to recall the Jets losing a QB earlier this year. And they didn't have a lead. And their backup is worse. And they were playing a much better opponent. But their head coach and OC, those guys are better. And so they won. So yeah, you can weather a shock. You can still win. But you need a leader. Dennis Allen is lieutenant, a solid DC. He ain't a leader. He is what would have happened to the Jets if Hackett was the head coach in that game not the OC. |

He makes that kick and the Packers have over a minute to drive for a field goal of their own. Given our defenses performance over that last quarter, I think Green Bay would have had a shot at their own field goal.

Simply put, you can’t blow 17 point leads in the 4th quarter. These are the losses that come back to haunt you so the end of year. This was an embarrassing loss.
The coaching staff was badly out coached today. GB had tons of injuries and we didn’t exploit them. GB made the adjustments and we had no answer. |

Hearing Carr is done for the season. Was at the game and overheard some cops on the way out saying his x rays came back and he is probably done for the year, think he mentioned collar bone being broken….
Oh well, was a fun game to be on attendance for but same ole Saints. |

Re: Observations from the Saints Loss to Packers
O-Line. 90% of this loss is due to an awful O-line, which like most said was gonna get our QB killed. Can't run, no time to pass.
We'd better sign another backup QB because Winston won't last long either and Haener (sp?) is out 3 more games. We only scored 10 freaking points against a banged up Packer team. If the O-line doesn't improve drastically we're an 8 loss team. |

Re: Observations from the Saints Loss to Packers
Dennis Allen crapped the bed. Whether or not he called the plays doesn’t matter. He let the oc csll those plays in the 4th. JW does not have the team. Looked like the air was let out when Carr hit hurt and he took over. Defense played good until Green Bay saw #27 on the field. He was abused like a stray dog. 67 out of their 80 yard td drive was PI calls.
