Observations from the Saints Loss to the Bucs

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Saints didn't have it today. Maybe we're beginning to realize they're not the team we hoped them to be. Sad display on so many levels, lack of effort by many and all. Do we suck again? Looks like it On ...

We suck. Clean house, all the way up to the top.

Yeah we suck, not just offensively, D isn't as good as we thought.

We just played 2 bad teams to open the season which made the D line look good.

Zero pass rush Vs GB or TB.

Clean house is needed.

Dennis Allen is not a winning head coach, Pete C has no place as an OC and Derek doesn't fit whatever offense this is supposed to be.

Injuries and disappointment persist whether it be the Saints or the Pels. It’s a reflection of poor ownership and decision making that trickles all the way down. This is a **** show.

COACHING
.

I refuse to believe our players are as bad as what we've seen over the last
four weeks. Lethargic offense, no continuity, no rhythm, predictable.

FYI, Derek Carr isn't as good as many believe he is. Just average.

And we haven't even played the good teams yet.

We should immediately give Dennis Allen permission to negotiate with the Denver Broncos for the position of defensive coordinator. It would benefit everyone.

We should give Pete Carmichael and Doug Marrone permission to negotiate with Walmart for the position of greeter.

Maybe we should have given Eric Bienemy a closer look.

Washington can put up points (game is in OT vs Philly - tied at 31).

IDK, but this team ain't good enough.

Re: Observations from the Saints Loss to the Bucs

That was tough to watch today!

As things are its hard to see where the next Saints TD will come from!

I didn't buy into all the hype before the season kicked off and it looks like we have a long way to go to live up to it!

At least there is still a lot of the season left but they really need to step things up for us to have any chance of getting a winning record let alone making the playoffs!

Hopefully we will improve against the Patriots perhaps!

Never easy being a Saints fan! lol!

Re: Observations from the Saints Loss to the Bucs

So much of the offense looks to be completely unimaginative, then when something is working and there is some flow to the offensive … nah do something that fools no one and the offense is back in 3rd and long.

Look like we had the zone run working and then … nah let throw a swing pass to 41 7 yards deep in the back field … or 3rd and short let’s throw a go routes?

It can’t get worst … or maybe we hope it does and the offensive and defensive Coordinators walk the plank.
