Saints general manager's comments reveal a shocking lack of awareness

Mickey Loomis doesn't get it.
The longtime Saints general manager spoke on WWL radio in New Orleans on Wednesday and expressed disappointment by the sea of silver and blue in the lower bowl of the Caesars Superdome during Sunday's 33-28 Lions win.
"That's disappointing...But I understand the economics of it...season tickets are expensive and you can't go to every game...But I was a little caught off guard," said Loomis, seemingly unaware that fans aren't bothered by paying for season tickets but are instead fed up supporting one of the most disappointing teams in the league.

Maybe he’ll get it if y’all build a giant paper bag and cover the entire perimeter of the Dome with it, and let the refurbished stadium collect some dust.

Loomis doesn't need an understanding of the sudden psychosis of the unwashed masses in the Superdome. Those matters are beneath him.

Re: Clean house now

The Mickster is basically telling reporters that as long as he's the GM, Dennis Allen is his guy.

"We have the right people in the building". Wait, what!? You're 5-7 buddy .

And you wonder why there was a sea of blue jerseys last week. Credit some fans for waking up.

At this point, I wonder why there are ANY jerseys in the Dome. It needs to be turned into a private viewing facility for Mickey and Gayle.

Mickey Loomis also thinks expenses are why other people won't have vodka for breakfast. 'I get it, grey goose is expensive.'

Tell that to the delusional "FANS" in ST. LOUIS, BALTIMORE, OAKLAND, SAN DIEGO, LOS ANGLES AND OAKLAND that THOUGHT THE SAME WAY!
