Re: Clean house now
Don't forget, the Saints are only a player or two away from a championship... LOL

Re: Clean house now
What's even scarier is that by defeating the next two NFL bottom dweller opponents (Panthers, Giants) will save the substitute teachers job.
Putting up a "good fight" against the Lions (#32nd in redzone defense) actually may have already done it . Sad times ahead for this franchise. |

Re: Clean house now
I was kinda optimistic early on when it was 21-0, I had seen nothing that made me feel confident AT ALL -- I felt like if this turned into a massive blowout, then there was a chance, however small but still a chance, that maybe they might fire Allen before the end of the season.
But then they got back in it, to their credit they played well in spots, but the 21-0 hole was juuuuuuust one score too many, to make up. The big problem was that the game was juuuuuuust close enough, that I bet Dennis Allen gets another year now, because of the low bar they have for him. It's kinda infuriating. If it'd been a huge blowout, they'd have to take the prospect of firing him seriously. Now they don't. |

Re: Clean house now
Someone needs to send a memo out to our substitute teacher. His post game interviews have been spectacular .
Now he's talking about "chopping wood". This isn't the NBA pal. There are only 5 games left in the season. Wow, this guy is completely clueless . |

Maybe if DA, Loomis, and Carr rub their sticks together fast enough they can start a fire. They are certainly trying. |

Re: Clean house now
There is already a fire burning. The house is burning down around them and they are trying to pee on the fire, like that would fix the problems.
