I mean the guy was a winner in high school (carried his team to a state title), briefly in college under Saban & a lot of success with Brees/Payton. 2 years under Allen (apparently all he does is chop wood ), just a lot of losing & excuses with no change. It would suck, but hey I'd understand. |

Little no workouts/tryouts at positions of need, just the perfunctory moves to backfill for injuries. The JPP signing was the most noteworthy move made, and he's already left. Now if we reach the offseason and Mickey changes his tune and makes changes and says he isn't satisfied with the results on the field and we're going to try a new approach and he makes considerable moves to back up those words, I'd certainly change my tune on him. But as mentioned before, I fear Mickey is more concerned with being "right" than being a winner as he demonstrates it with both actions and words. |

I don't want to become the Browns or the Aints(again) and keep running through a vicious cycle looking for the right combination of good management, coaches, scouts, and other essential personnel again. Even with this so called "easy" 2023 schedule, we are losing to backup QBs, & having already lost to Tampa AND Atlanta. Currently a game below .500 He is what he is. A below average HC with an average QB. |
